Most sampling delays trace back to the artwork file, not the factory. Send print-ready vector artwork and the points below are usually cleared in a single round.

• •Vector artwork is required (AI, EPS or SVG). Bitmap files such as PNG or JPG lose detail and will not reproduce cleanly.
• •Quote Pantone thread colours so the embroidery matches your brand guide exactly.
• •Keep embroidered text at roughly 4 mm minimum; finer detail should be simplified or moved to another decoration method.
• •On quarter-zips, keep embroidery at least 2 cm clear of the zip tape.
• •Digitising is done in-house, so your file is converted and proofed by the same team that runs the machine.
• •You see a digital mock-up within 24 hours, then a physical sample before bulk production.
