Shipping & Return Policy

This policy explains how Guangzhou Mega Elephant Clothing Co., Ltd. ("Mega Elephant") handles international shipping, customs, returns and claims for custom-manufactured golf apparel orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Methods & Incoterms
We ship worldwide under the Incoterm you choose. Most EU & US buyers prefer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so duties and port fees are included in the unit price. We also quote FOB Shenzhen, CIF, FCA and EXW on request. Sea freight is our standard for bulk orders; air freight and express couriers (DHL, FedEx) are used for counter-samples and rush orders.
2. Standard Lead Times
Counter-samples ship within 3–7 business days of artwork approval. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. Sea freight to EU ports (Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe) takes 28–35 days door-to-door. Express sea to US West Coast (Los Angeles) takes 16–22 days. Air freight is 5–8 days door-to-door.
3. Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking and marine cargo insurance by default. The buyer receives the tracking number and B/L (Bill of Lading) once the vessel departs. For air shipments, the airway bill is shared immediately after pickup.
4. Customs & Duties (DDP)
For DDP shipments, Mega Elephant handles customs clearance in the destination country. Duties, VAT/GST and port handling fees are included in your DDP unit price. For DDU / DAP shipments, the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any duties in their country.
5. Receiving the Goods
Please inspect cartons on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing. Open cartons and count units within 7 days of receipt. Photograph any visible issues before opening bulk packaging.
6. Quality Claims & Returns
Claims for manufacturing defects, incorrect sizes, wrong decoration or short-shipments must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt, with clear photographs. Approved claims are resolved by replacement at next ship date, credit note, or partial refund, at the buyer's option.
7. Custom-Made Products
Because all goods are custom-manufactured to buyer specification (fabric, color, decoration), standard consumer "change of mind" returns are not accepted. We work with you during sampling to prevent end-of-line surprises.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production starts with a full refund of the deposit minus any sampling or artwork charges already incurred. Once bulk production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
9. Force Majeure
Mega Elephant is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, customs holds, pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions. We will keep you informed and work to mitigate impact.
