These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this site or placing an order with Guangzhou Mega Elephant Clothing Co., Ltd. ("Mega Elephant"), you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services for custom golf apparel including custom golf polo shirts, custom golf apparel, custom golf shirts, custom golf clothing, custom golf quarter zips, and team uniforms. All product images, specifications, and pricing on this site are for reference and subject to formal quotation.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a purchase order and deposit payment.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color. Smaller trial orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Custom golf shirts no minimum inquiries are welcome — please contact our sales team to discuss feasibility.
4. Sampling Policy
Sample fees range from $50-$150 per style depending on complexity. Sample fees are refundable against bulk orders exceeding 500 units.
5. Payment Terms
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample fees. Other terms negotiable for established clients.
6. Production Lead Time
Standard production time is 25-35 days after deposit and sample confirmation. Rush orders available with surcharge.
7. Quality & Returns
All products undergo 100% pre-shipment inspection. Claims for defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receipt with photo evidence. Approved claims will be replaced or credited.
8. Shipping & Incoterms
We ship FOB, CIF, or DDP per buyer preference. Sea freight to major EU/US ports (Los Angeles, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe). DHL/FedEx for sample delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
Buyer retains all rights to designs, logos, and trademarks provided for customization. We do not reproduce or sell buyer-specific designs to third parties.
